2. What data we process

When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, company, work email, the topic you selected and your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access. This is needed to deliver the website securely.

3. Why and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To run the website securely and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).

4. Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, protects it against attacks and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.

Resend sends the message from the contact form to our inbox.

Both act as processors on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is based on an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer storage.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. Our visitor statistics work without cookies and without creating personal profiles. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so no data is sent to font providers.
